Mobile Oven Catering

We offer catering services with our mobile wood-fired oven for private parties, events and farmers' markets.

Sample Menu:

Pizza

  • Margherita - Three cheese blend, tomato sauce and topped with fresh basil
  • Mushroom - Marinated crimini mushrooms, tomato sauce, thyme & mozzarella
  • Pepperoni - Kalamata olives, sliced red onions, tomato sauce & mozzarella
  • Sausage (house-made) - Mama Lil’s peppers, tomato sauce & mozzarella
  • Puttanesca - Kalamata olives, anchovy, capers, chopped tomato, tomato sauce & mozzarella
  • Goat cheese and caramelized onions with balsamic reduction
  • Chicken with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella with fresh basil
  • Prosciutto with Garlic oil, fontina & topped with fresh arugula


Bread

  • Focaccia with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and herbs


Salad

  • Mixed green salad with house vinaigrette


Beverages

  • Bottled water

  • San Pellegrino – Lemon & Orange





Special menu items include:

  • Baco Pie (bacon pizza)
  • Brie with grapes
