The primary use of the oven is in making the most original and best tasting thin crust pizza. The ovens are fired with apple and cherry wood from local orchards and can reach temperatures over 700 degrees. During the cool down phase the ovens are used for traditional bread making.

Orchard Wood Ovens is brought to you by Tom Addison and Nathalie Ascher. Nathalie runs the kitchen and has created the menu items with proven quality and a unique desire to create her own breads and pizzas.

Tom builds the ovens and is the sampler of Nathalie’s creations. We have the ability to take our creations to where people have gathered and are looking for a superior pizza experience.
